payment for Potr 2025

  • There is a maximum of 90 attendees this year for POTR

  • Sunday April 6th. we will begin registration at 12:00noonEST with a $50.00 deposit.

  • You will also have the option to pay in full $250.00USD on April 6th but, either the $50.00 deposit or the $250.00 pay in Full payment must be made starting April 6th. One of these payment options must be made by June 1st to reserve your spot and as long as there are openings.

  • There is a 3.5% processing fee added to this payment transaction (when paying your deposit or paying in full).

  • For a refund of your deposit there will be a 3.5% processing fee deducted now and up until May 31st.

  • For a refund of your deposit on or after June 1st there will be a flat $15.00USD fee deducted.
